Inventory:
- At this time, available inventory will not be shown. It's possible that an item could be a backorder. If you wish to check before placing an order, contact us with the product numbers and quantity needed and we will check for you. In the near future, inventory will be updated daily. Daily updates are not a guarantee of availability until the order has been picked by the warehouse.
Shipping Options:
- Option #1 - Express Flat Rate Shipping is $15.95 and most orders will ship in 1-2 business days from our supplier partners. To add Express Flat Rate shipping to your order, add item "SHIPFAST" to your cart. Using the search (magnifying glass logo in upper right of pages) and type SHIPFAST, you will see a red logo appear. Click on that and add to your cart. Most orders will ship USPS, some may ship UPS or FedEx. Once tracking information is sent to us, your order will have tracking info added. Note the order will ship before tracking is uploaded. If the actual shipping and handling is less than $15.95, we may issue a partial refund/credit on your account for future orders on our website.
- Option #2 - If you aren't in a hurry and would like to save money, we will combine your ordered items with our inbound shipments. When your items arrive, we will ship them to you. If your shippable items order is over $100 and you have a USA address, it's free standard shipping. If your order is under $100, normal shipping rates will apply. For items shipped to us from our supplier partners, we will capture your payment once we our supplier has shipped your items to us. Typically supplier shipments arrive to us in 3-7 business days, some are longer, some are less.
Returns: Since these are special orders, you cannot cancel or return - all sales are final. All items have manufacturer warranty.
International shipments are not possible from our suppliers at this time. All product must ship to our location, then we will ship to you. Shipping will be calculated and billed separately. Note: We do not ship to all countries due to laws and insurance availability.
