Please note that the CurrentKeeperIII does not have the same hold time as our larger versions, but will deliver that little boost for momentary interruptions due to short wheelbase, limited pickup wheels, and slight hesitation from dirty track/wheels/wipers, etc.
By storing energy and delivering it back to your decoder when needed, the CurrentKeeperIII helps reduce stalling, flickering lights, and sound interruptions caused by dirt, oxidation, or track imperfections.
Its smaller footprint makes installation easier than ever, especially in tight spaces, without sacrificing performance. It measures 10.1 x 6.8 x 4.2mm.
All SoundTraxx CurrentKeepers are compatible with NMRA DCC Standards & Recommended Practices.
